  • At Intimacy Illumination, I understand that life can be unpredictable, but I also value the time of my clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all involved, I have established the following cancellation policy:

    1. 24-Hour Notice: I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment rescheduling or cancellation in order to accommodate changes to our schedule and offer the opportunity for other clients to book that time slot.

    2. Late Cancellations: If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, the client will be charged the full rate of the session.

    3. No Show: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in being charged the full rate of the session.

    4. Emergency Situations: I understand that emergencies can happen unexpectedly. In the event of a genuine emergency situation, where it is impossible for the client to attend the session, the cancellation fee may be waived. I ask that clients communicate emergencies as soon as possible.
